The Current Situation,Problems,and Strategies of Heilongjiang Province's Participation in the Construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor
Heilongjiang province,as a large province on the China-Russia border,is located at an important node in Northeast Asia.In recent years,Heilongjiang province has earnestly implemented the country's relevant open policies and actively participated in the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,and made significant progress,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:the continuous expansion of economic and trade cooperation,the deepening of cooperation channel,the improvement of port openness and facilitation,the promotion of tourism cooperation projects,the increase of exchange platform construction,speeding up in infrastructure construction for connectivity,and closer people-to-people exchanges.Currently,Heilongjiang province faces many problems in participating in the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,such as unstable external political situation,slow progress in connectivity,single trade structure,inconsistent standards,insufficient coordination and interconnection of open cooperation platforms.Under the new situation,to promote Heilongjiang province's accelerated integration into the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,it is necessary to reasonably respond to changes in the external environment,upgrade infrastructure construction cooperation,vigorously develop cross-border industrial cooperation,promote the interconnected development of opening-up platforms,and strengthen the synergy of rules and standards for both sides.
