Research on the Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Trade in Tourism Services Development between Heilongjiang Province and South Korea under the Framework of RCEP
The trade in services is the focus of global bilateral and multilateral free trade currently,playing an important role in promoting high-level opening-up and building a new development pattern in China.Trade in tourism services,an important component of trade in services,it might become new growth poles.Heilongjiang province should fully utilize the favorable opportunities of RCEP's implementation for the development of service trade,and restore tourism cooperation hindered by the epidemic as soon as possible,and improve the development of trade in tourism services with South Korea.Cooperation platforms and mechanisms can also help promote China-South Korea relations to maintain sustainable development.Focusing on the new opportunities brought by RCEP for the development of trade in services,combined with the current situation of trade in tourism services between Heilongjiang province and South Korea,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of trade in tourism services between Heilongjiang province and South Korea,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving infrastructure construction,continuously advancing professional talent training,building unique tourism brands,and strengthening people-to-people exchanges and cooperation,in order to provide reference for Heilongjiang province to promote high-quality and high-level development.
