Study on China-Russia Far East Cooperation and China's Energy Security
In the world today,energy security is a global problem.Countries all over the world pay attention to the national energy security problem and consider it as a national development strategy.As the largest energy consumer in the world,China faces many challenges in energy security against the backdrop of increasing global energy demand and intensifying energy competition.Through this paper,the situation of energy security faced by China and the feasibility of deepening China-Russia Far East cooperation in the energy sector were deeply analyzed.The collaborative strategies,including enterprise connecting path,industrial chain path,technology path,investment path,green development path,Arctic development path,were put forward.The price mechanism,legal mechanism,and financial system for the China-Russia energy cooperation were established and improved,to consolidate the role of domestic resources as basic guarantee,enhance the energy contingent reserve capability and technological innovation capability on energy,cultivate professional talents,strengthen energy cooperation within the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization,and strive to promote the voice in oil pricing and other considerations and suggestions.
