摘要
"一带一路"倡议实施以来,推进了新时代的经济全球化,给包括中国在内的"一带一路"沿线国家和世界的经济发展提供了巨大的历史机遇,也为处于东北老工业基地振兴背景下哈长一体化的快速推进搭建了巨大的舞台.对哈长一体化建设的重要意义和哈长一体化融入"一带一路"面临的挑战进行深入分析,提出哈长一体化融入"一带一路"倡议的具体实施路径,对内练好"内功",提高哈长城市群的整体竞争力;对外抓住机遇,积极拓展外部发展空间.
Abstract
Since the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,it has pushed forward the path of economic globalization in the new era,and provided tremendous historical opportunities for the economic development of countries involved in the BRI,including China,as well as the world.It has also created a huge stage for the rapid advancement of Harbin-Changchun integration against the backdrop of revitalizing old industrial bases in Northeast China.This paper makes a deep analysis of the significant meaning of the construction of Harbin-Changchun integration and the challenges faced by integrating Harbin-Changchun integration into the Belt and Road Initiative.It proposes specific implementation paths for integrating Harbin-Changchun integration into the BRI.Internally,we should enhance our"inner strength"to improve the overall competitiveness of the Harbin-Changchun city cluster.Externally,we should seize opportunities to actively expand the external development space.
