Research on the Problems and Paths of Logistics System Construction of New Land-Sea Corridor in China's Northeast Direction
The New Land-Sea Corridor in China's Northeast Direction is a new corridor for the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,which plays an important role in deepening mutual development and economic trade cooperation among China,Mongolia and Russia.Aiming at the interconnectivity of transportation infrastructure,a comprehensive logistics system of the new land-sea corridor featuring"hub+channel+network"is constructed from the perspective of system concept.In order to effectively promote the level of economic and trade cooperation in the region for the Corridor,the development mode of the corridor logistics system is put forward,including corridor fostering logistics,logistics promoting trade,trade advancing industry and industry driving regional economy.Based on the six flow elements of the logistics system,it explains the development situation of the new corridor,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and implementation paths for the"soft and hard"connectivity barriers,the insufficient construction fund for guarantee,the incomplete cooperation ideas and the incomprehensive overall planning.The logistics system construction and improvement of New Land-Sea Corridor in China's Northeast Direction has extremely important strategic value for Northeast China deeply integrating into the Belt and Road cooperation and comprehensive revitalization.
