The Research on the Polar Silk Road and the Construction of the Tumen River Corridor Jointly Promoting the Economic Development of the Belt and Road to the North
The Polar Silk Road and the construction of the Tumen River Corridor are closely linked and complement each other,and are an important part of the economic development of the Belt and Road to the north,which is of great strategic significance for deepening regional cooperation in the northward region,opening up a new channel for the Belt and Road to open up to the north,deepening the new development pattern with dual circulation,and promoting the green economic development to the north.From the perspective of research,this paper incorporates the construction of the Polar Silk Road,the construction of the Tumen River Corridor,and the economic development of the Belt and Road Initiative to the north into a unified analytical framework,and deeply analyzes the importance and theoretical logic of the construction of the two to jointly promote the northward economic development of the BRI,which provides a new perspective for relevant scholars to research.From the perspective of research content,based on the importance and theoretical logic analysis,this paper examines and analyzes the favorable conditions and constraints of the two constructions to jointly promote the economic development to the north,and puts forward the layout ideas and realization paths of the two constructions to jointly promote the economic development to the north,which enriches the relevant research content of the Belt and Road.The study believes that the joint construction of the Polar Silk Road and the construction of the Tumen River Corridor can realize the regional cooperation between Arctic countries(regions)and Northeast Asian countries(regions)through modern agricultural cooperation,digital economy cooperation,energy industry cooperation and green economy cooperation in the northward region,and further promote the economic development of the Belt and Road to the north.
