Strategy Research on Promoting China's Direct Investment in Northeast Asia from the Perspective of Institutional Distance
The diversified characteristics of social system make the institutional distance between countries become one of the important factors restricting the process of regional economic integration in Northeast Asia.Enterprises are highly sensitive to institutional distance when investing in this region.By selecting the investment stock data of Northeast Asia from 2005 to 2022,this paper makes a comparative analysis with the institutional distance, human development index, resource endowment and geographical distance data in development and change trends. The conclusions are as follows:system distance, human development index and geographical distance have a reverse development trend relationship with investment stock, resource endowment and investment stock have a positive development trend relationship.Mongolia is different from the other three countries, and the trend relationship is not significant.Based on this,it proposes the measures such as building a risk assessment and communication and cooperation mechanism that features enterprise leading, government empowerment and shared governance by Northeast Asian countries to promote the investment of Chinese enterprises in Northeast Asia and push forward the economic integration development of Northeast Asia.
