Analysis on the Path of High-quality Development of Liaoning's Integration into the Belt and Road Cooperation
Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward,Liaoning has given full play to its regional advantages,comprehensively promoted policy coordination,facilities connectivity,unimpeded trade,financial integration and closer people-to-people ties,and achieved rich and deep results in various fields.However,Liaoning has shortcomings in its own development during the process of opening up to the outside world,such as unreasonable industrial structure,imbalanced openness and cooperation,backward infrastructure,and unfavorable opening environment.In addition,with the major changes unseen in a century,the external environment is complex and changeable.Liaoning should make joint efforts to promote the"double quantity growth"of foreign trade,advance the optimization and upgrading of foreign trade,build an all-round and three-dimensional opening channel,increase policy support,and improve the risk prevention mechanism,and better participate in the high-quality development of the Belt and Road.
