The Path Selection of Continuously Expanding High-level Opening up for Liaoning
Liaoning is in a critical period of economic and social development and transformation,and expanding opening up to the outside world is related to the overall revitalization of Liaoning.At present,the global economic pattern and economic and trade relations are undergoing tremendous changes,and we should fully understand the current situation facing opening-up,and implement a more proactive and effective strategy of openness.Under the major development opportunities provided by the revitalization of Northeast China,the Belt and Road Initiative and RCEP officially came into effect,we should take the Belt and Road Initiative as the main line,continuously advance opening up by focusing on expanding and deepening economic and trade cooperation with Northeast Asia,improve the quality and level of trade and investment cooperation,and vigorously promote the transformation of foreign economic development mode and the improvement of comprehensive strength.It is necessary to give full play to Liaoning's comparative advantages,continuously expand opening-up in a wider field,at a deeper level,and at a higher level,so as to promote Liaoning's social and economic development.
