Border Free Trade Zone are the bridge and window for China's opening-up and port economy is an indispensable and important component of the national economy.In recent years,Border Free Trade Zone and Border Port have deepened reform and innovation,smoothed international logistics channels,fostered cross-border industrial clusters,built a financial support system,created a good business environment,and taken multiple measures to improve the level of customs clearance,trade and investment liberalization and facilitation.It played a unique perspective in actively integrating into major national strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative,China-Russia cooperation,the revitalization of Northeast China,and greater development and affluence in the border regions.To overcome the continuous external shocks,unsustainable traditional growth,lack of high-end factors,lagging industrial development,insufficient construction funds and other bottleneck constraints,we should focus on expanding opening up and creating a new engine for foreign trade;Focus on empowering new quality productive forces and building new advantages for industrial cluster;Focus on multi-zone interconnection and establish a new system of regional coordinated openness.
