因具备诸多管理优势,智慧管理策略在教育管理中的融合应用愈发受到社会各界的关注.基于此,本文将在简要解读智慧管理的基础上,阐述其在幼儿园教育管理中的应用价值,概述现阶段幼儿园教育管理存在的普遍性问题,最后,对智慧管理策略在幼儿园教育管理中的运用进行探究总结,以期为新时期我国幼儿园教育管理能力水平的提升提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
Due to many management advantages,the integrated application of smart management strategies in education management has attracted more and more social attention.Based on this,this paper will briefly ex-plain the application value of smart management in kindergarten education management,summarize the common problems in kindergarten education management at this stage,and finally,explore and summarize the application strategies of smart management strategies in kindergarten education management,with a view to providing valu-able references for the improvement of kindergarten education management ability in the new era.
