A Study of Teaching Strategies of Regional Cognitive Literacy in Junior Middle Schools——A Case Study of the Second Volume of the Eighth Grade(PEP Edition)
According to the educational principles and purposes followed by the current education reform,"Geography Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)"has reconstructed the content and structure of the geography curriculum in the compulsory education stage,and clearly stated that the core literacy of geography should be cultivated.Regionalism is one of the main characteristics of geography.In the compulso-ry education stage,focusing on the cultivation of students'regional cognition can help students establish the think-ing mode and space concept of understanding the man-earth relationship.After an in-depth interpretation of the relevant contents of regional cognitive literacy in the"2022 Curriculum Standard",this paper analyzes the culti-vation strategies for junior middle school students'regional cognitive ability under the new round of curriculum reform,so as to provide references for the teaching practice in the future.
