新时代少先队光荣感培育活动课程的设计与实施——以F小学"童看盛会 逐梦未来"活动课程为例

在新时代背景下,增强少先队员光荣感是当前少先队工作的重中之重.以儿童视角、体验视角为切入点进行少先队员光荣感培育研究,能够为少先队活动提供新的方向,并为少先队组织聚焦主责主业提供新的思路,既是对教学规律的尊重,也是对时代挑战的主动回应,更是落实学生在活动中主体地位的具体体现.本文主要探究党团队建设一体化环境下如何以儿童为中心的体验方式为依托以加强少先队员的光荣感,并进一步探索培养少先队员光荣感的有效途径.
The Design and Implementation of the Activity Curriculum of Cultivating Young Pioneers'Sense of Glory in the New Era——A Case Study of F Primary School's"Children Watch the Pageant and Pursue Their Dreams and Future"Activity Course
Under the background of the new era,enhancing the Young Pioneers'sense of glory is the top pri-ority of the current Young Pioneers'work.The research on the cultivation of Young pioneers'sense of glory based on the perspective of children and experience provides a new perspective for Young Pioneers'activities and a new idea for their focus on the main responsibility and business.It is not only the respect and development of teaching rules,but also the active response to the challenges of the times,and the concrete embodiment of the implementa-tion of students'main position in activities.This paper analyzes and studies how to strengthen Young Pioneers'sense of glory with the support of children-centered experience under the environment of the integrative construc-tion of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Youth League and Young Pioneers,and explores effective ways to cultivate Young Pioneers'sense of glory.
