Review and Construction of the Relationship between College Teachers and Students from the Perspective of Communicative Rationality
The perspective of communicative rationality originates from the communicative behavior theory of Habermas,a German philosopher.It advocates achieving consensus and understanding through communica-tion,dialogue and cooperation,so as to build harmonious social relations.In the field of education,the perspec-tive of communicative rationality emphasizes the principle of equality,respect and cooperation between teachers and students,and advocates an open and democratic educational environment.In this perspective,we will con-duct in-depth analysis and discussion on the relationship between college teachers and students,in order to pro-vide theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for building a more harmonious and healthy relationship be-tween teachers and students in colleges and universities.This paper mainly discusses the current situation,prob-lems and optimization measures of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities from the perspective of communicative rationality,aiming at providing references for relevant personnel.
