新工科教育对人才培养提出了更高的要求,针对现在课程教学中存在的问题,提出"以赛促学,以赛促教"的新型教学模式改革,充分发挥学科竞赛在人才培养过程中的作用,通过将学科竞赛项目内容、资源融入课程教学,丰富课程教学资源,改革课程教学方法,有效提升了本科教学质量.通过"以赛促学,以赛促教"教学模式改革,采取线上、线下相结合的教学模式,科学的学生成绩评价体系,激发学生的学习潜能,培养学生的创新思维,增强学生的创新实践能力.
An Exploration of Teaching Reform to Promote Learning by Competitions and Promote Teaching by Competitions
New engineering education has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation.In the case of the problems in current curriculum teaching,a new teaching mode of"promoting learning by competitions and promoting teaching by competitions"is proposed.It gives full play to the role of discipline competitions in the process of talent cultivation,integrates the content and resources of discipline competition projects into course teaching,enriches course teaching resources,reforms course teaching methods,and effectively improves the qual-ity of undergraduate teaching.Through the reform of the teaching mode of"promoting learning by competitions and promoting teaching by competitions",the online-offline teaching mode is adopted,and the scientific student achievement evaluation system is adopted,which stimulates students'learning potential,cultivates students'inno-vative thinking,and enhances students'innovative practical ability.
