A Brief Discussion on the Combination of"Problem Orientation"and"Professional Role Simulation"in Legal Case Teaching
Law is a subject of practical rationality,which should not only focus on cultivating students'theo-retical learning ability,but also emphasize students'practical ability.On the basis of professional knowledge learning,undergraduate law students need to discover,analyze and solve problems through the process of practi-cal teaching.After the promulgation of the Civil Code,the author carried out the transformation of the teaching concept and model design in the undergraduate debt law course taught,and formed an innovative case teaching method combining"problem orientation"and"professional role simulation"in legal case teaching.It is hoped that through the attempt and improvement of this teaching method,undergraduates can form a breakthrough of knowledge and ability,cultivate innovative thinking,and thus better promote the process of legal practice teach-ing reform in China.
