近二十年国外应急语言研究综述与启示

摘要
目前,我国应急语言服务体系不够完善,应急语言研究与创新亟待加强.以科学计量学方法,分析2003-2023年间发表的国外相关论文,对该领域研究的总体趋势、跨学科性、研究热点领域进行梳理综述,可以勾画出国外该领域研究的宏观脉络.研究发现,国外相关研究跨学科性较强,多为实证类量化研究,十分注重评价指标构建和效果评估类研究,关注弱势群体的语言服务需求和权力,且社交媒体研究成为新媒体时代应急语言研究的新兴热点.对国外应急语言研究特点的总结,为进一步加强和深化我国应急语言研究和实践提供理论参考与启示.
Abstract
At present,China's emergency language service system is not perfect,and the research and inno-vation of emergency language need to be strengthened.By scientometric method,this paper analyzes the relevant articles in this field published abroad between 2003 and 2023.The general trend,interdisciplinarity and hot re-search areas of this field are reviewed and summarized,which can outline the macroscopic context of foreign re-search in this field.It is found that relevant foreign studies are highly interdisciplinary,mostly empirical and quan-titative studies,paying great attention to the construction of evaluation indicators and effect evaluation studies,and paying attention to the language service needs and rights of vulnerable groups.Moreover,social media re-search has become an emerging hot spot of emergency language research in the new media era.This paper sum-marizes the characteristics of foreign emergency language research and provides theoretical reference and inspira-tion for further strengthening and deepening the research and practice of emergency language in China.
