高职学前教育专业学生儿童行为观察能力现状审视

观察和倾听是走近孩子的重要途径,是幼儿园教师最重要的基本功,是职前幼儿教师需要重点发展的专业能力之一.对高职院校学前教育专业学生调研,结果发现学生观察意识较强、了解多种观察记录方法、记录体现完整性和真实性,但存在随机观察和综合运用观察方法能力不足、信息识别与筛选能力欠缺、观察与分析客观性不够、专业性不足等问题,进而提出应加强见习实习中观察能力训练、课程理论学习与实践实习双向融合以及引导学生"储备"并"运用"理论工具等策略以培养学生的观察能力.
A Review of Children's Behavior Observation Ability of Higher Vocational Students Majoring in Preschool Education
Observation and listening is an important way to get close to children.It is the most important ba-sic skills of kindergarten teachers and one of the professional abilities that kindergarten teachers need to focus on.Through the investigation of students majoring in preschool education in vocational college,it is found that the students have a strong sense of observation,understand a variety of observation and record methods,and the re-cord have integrity and authenticity.However,there are some problems such as a lack of ability of random obser-vation and comprehensive application of observation methods,ability of information identification and screening,objectivity of observation and analysis,and professionalism.Furthermore,it is suggested that we should strength-en the observation ability training during the internship,strengthen the two-way integration of curriculum theory study and practice,and guide students to"reserve"and"apply"theoretical instruments to cultivate students'obser-vation ability.
