The Localization Path of Higher Vocational Career Planning Education Based on the Perspective of Employment Education
At present,there are significant structural contradictions in the job market of college students.On the one hand,higher vocational graduates are facing more and more severe employment pressure;on the other hand,it is more and more difficult for enterprises to recruit satisfactory employees.By promoting the localization development of college career planning education,this problem can be effectively alleviated.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the localization construction and development of career planning education in higher voca-tional colleges.First,based on the perspective of employment education,the current development status of voca-tional career planning education in China is examined,the reasons for the limited development of vocational ca-reer planning education are deeply investigated,and the localization construction path of vocational career plan-ning education is explored in detail.It aims to provide references for relevant personnel.
