强化教育管理对提升地方高校创新创业教育成效的探究

摘要
创新创业教育模式在高校教育管理期间的执行和实践,终极教育目标是为了向社会面输送更多具备创业素质、开创性能力、创新意识的高级专业人才.党的二十大召开以来,国家对于高校双创人才培养提出了新的要求,借以为社会主义现代化强国战略的实施提供人才支持.而基于地方高校的高质量教育发展来讲,强国战略的全面实施无疑是要面对一个前所未有的发展机遇和挑战.为此,本研究将地方高校当下的创新创业教育成效作为研究重点,分析强化教育管理工作全面推进的重要性,并提出了几项可行性更高的创新创业育人策略,希冀借此为地方高校相关教职人员提供参考.
Abstract
The implementation and practice of the innovation and entrepreneurship education model during the education management period in colleges and universities aims to provide more senior professional talents with entrepreneurial qualities,innovative abilities,and innovative awareness to society.Since the convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities to provide talent support for the implementation of building China into a great modern socialist country strategy.Based on the development of high-quality education in local colleges and universities,the comprehensive implementation of the strategy un-doubtedly faces unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.Therefore,this study focuses on the current effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities,analyzes the importance of strengthening education management and comprehensively promoting it,and proposes several in-novation and entrepreneurship education strategies with more feasibility,hoping to provide references for rele-vant teaching staff in local colleges and universities.
