A Study of the Improvement of Education Practice Ability of Normal Students from the Perspective of Tacit Knowledge
Tacit knowledge affects teachers'teaching behaviors and teaching strategies in a subtle way,and plays an important role in improving the teaching practice ability of normal students.Based on the perspective of tacit knowledge,this paper elaborates tacit knowledge,focuses on the key role of tacit knowledge in the field of teacher practice,especially in educational practice,and puts forward relevant suggestions and methods and strate-gies on how to use tacit knowledge in educational practice to achieve teachers'professional development,provid-ing a new perspective for education and teaching.At the same time,the necessity of continuous research in this field is emphasized.
