Research on Experiential Teaching Reform of College Mental Health Education Curriculum——Taking Shandong University of Science and Technology as an Example
This paper takes Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example,aiming at the main problems existing in the curriculum of mental health education,and actively explores the effective way of curriculum reform.Based on students'mental characteristics,mental needs and growth tasks,the experiential teaching model of"interactive-real situation-overall environment"is created,and the teaching method,teaching content and evaluation system are systematically reformed and practiced.The effect of teaching reform is remark-able,which basically meets the learning needs of college students,effectively improves the psychological quality of college students,effectively promotes the overall development of college students,and realizes the important goal of mental health education curriculum.
