五人制手球是一项快节奏、高技术的球类运动,近年来在普通高校得到了越来越多的关注.进攻技术是五人制手球比赛中最为重要的环节之一,掌握好进攻技术对于球队的胜负至关重要.因此,如何有效地教授五人制手球进攻技术成为普通高校体育教师和教练员们共同的关注点.
Abstract
Five-player handball is a fast-paced and high-tech ball game,which has received more and more attention in colleges and universities in recent years.Offensive technique is one of the most important links in the five-player handball game.Mastering the offensive technique is crucial to the team's victory or defeat.Therefore,how to effectively teach the five-player handball offensive techniques has become the common concern of physi-cal education teachers and coaches in colleges and universities.
