An Analysis of Teaching Strategies of"Principles of Pedagogy"under the Background of"Golden Courses"
As an action guide for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in the new era,"golden course"can stimulate the creativity of teachers'creativity,promote teachers'self-improvement and self-development,inject new impetus into the education reform of Chinese colleges and universities,improve the professional knowledge level of colleges and universities,promote the healthy development of various disciplines construction work,and comprehensively improve the quality of Chinese higher education.However,it has not been long since the policy of"golden course"construction was put forward,and many majors and teachers have not yet completed the thinking transformation of"golden course"construction,leading to many problems in pro-fessional teaching in colleges and universities.Taking"Principle of Pedagogy"as an example,this paper discuss-es how to carry out teaching with the thinking of constructing"golden courses".Firstly,it expounds the signifi-cance of researching and constructing"golden courses",then analyzes the problems existing in the current teach-ing of"Principle of Pedagogy",and finally discusses the effective strategies of creating"golden courses"from multiple perspectives,aiming to provide references for relevant personnel.
