论全媒体时代国企新闻宣传如何"应势而动"

做好新形势下宣传思想工作,必须自觉承担起举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象的使命任务.对国企而言,高质量的新闻宣传是企业高质量发展的隐性助力.笔者观察发现,大多国企在新闻宣传上,内容有富矿,但传播趋同且平淡;品牌有策划,但价值隐性且短暂;形式有拓展,但创效欠佳且割裂.本文旨在从内容、形态、赛道等角度,浅析国企新闻宣传工作面临的三大形势"风口"和四种转变趋向.
On How to"Move According to the Situation"in the Era of Omnimedia for News Propaganda of State-owned Enterprises
In order to do a good job in propaganda work under the new circumstances,we must consciously take the mission of upholding socialism,rallying public support,fostering a new generation with sound values and ethics,developing Chinese culture,and presenting a positive image of China.For state-owned enterprises,high-quality propaganda is the implicit support of high-quality development of enterprises.It is found that most state-owned enterprises have lots of contents,but the influence is homogeneous and flat;the brand has been planned,but the value is implicit and short;the form has been expanded,but the effectiveness is not good enough and fragmented.The paper reveals three major trends and four main changes in propaganda of state-owned enter-prises nowadays.
