汽车电动化是实现"碳达峰"以及"碳中和"的重要途径.电动汽车离不开动力电池,其检测设备的种类和精度也体现动力电池的产业基础能力,目前动力电池相关的专利分析多集中在电池本身及控制系统,缺乏对检测设备的研究分析.本文通过吉林省图书馆专利数据资源、Incopat专利检索分析软件,从汽车动力电池检测设备全球专利申请态势、在华专利申请态势、技术热点、在华主要申请机构、申请人来源省市、专利布局现状、专利申请布局、汽车产业集中区域动力电池检测设备国内专利布局等多个角度进行分析,发现:在华专利申请数量约占全球专利数量的90%,但吉林省内申请该领域专利数量较少,长期处于低量申请的停滞状态,在未来大力发展电动汽车时,易产生专利风险;吉林省内动力电池检测设备专利申请较为集中,中小企业专利申请数量总体较少.
A Development Analysis of Automotive Power Battery Testing Equipment in Jilin Province Based on Patent Data Resources of Jilin Provincial Library
The electrification of automobiles is an important way to achieve"carbon peak"and"carbon neu-trality".Electric vehicles cannot do without power batteries,and the types and accuracy of testing equipment also reflect the basic industrial capabilities of power batteries.Currently,patent analysis related to power batteries mostly focuses on the battery itself and control systems,lacking research and analysis on testing equipment.This article analyzes the global patent application situation of automotive power battery testing equipment,patent ap-plication situation in China,technological hot spots,main application institutions in China,applicant-source prov-inces and cities,patent layout status,patent application layout,and domestic patent layout of power battery test-ing equipment in areas with concentrated automotive industry from multiple perspectives,using patent data re-sources from Jilin provincial library and Incopat patent search and analysis software.The number of patent appli-cations in China accounts for about 90%of the global patent number,but the number of patent applications in this field in Jilin province is relatively small,and it has been in a stagnant state of low volume applications for a long time.When vigorously developing electric vehicles in the future,there may be patent risks.The patent applica-tions for power battery testing equipment in Jilin province are relatively concentrated,and the overall number of patent applications for small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively small.
