Research on College Students'International Cooperation Competence:Current Situation and Cultivation Strategies
With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up and the acceleration of the internationaliza-tion process,international exchanges and cooperation are becoming more and more frequent,and international co-operation competence is increasingly becoming a key ability of current talents.Through the survey on the level of international cooperation competence of college students,it is found that the overall level of international cooper-ation competence of college students is not high enough,and the difference of international cooperation compe-tence of college students of different genders and educational levels is not obvious,but there are big differences in international cooperation competence of college students of different types of schools,different majors and in-ternational cooperation experiences.As the cradle of talent cultivation,colleges and universities should make use of their own advantages,play an active role,and take various measures and integrate multiple forces to cultivate the international cooperation ability of college students through promoting innovation in cultivation objectives,school management,personnel and institutional mechanism,so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation and enhance the soft power of the country.
