Research on Employment Ability Training Mechanism of Food Major Undergraduates in Vocational Normal Colleges under the Background of"Three-whole Education"
With the deepening of education reform,"three-whole education",the all-staff,whole-process and all-round education concept arises at the historic moment,coinciding with the rapid development of the food industry,the industry's demand for talents is getting higher and higher.Under the modern education concept,how to provide food undergraduates with more practical training more close to the industry to make them better adapt to the needs of society and industry development,has become the focus of current educators.As the main posi-tion of training applied and skilled talents,vocational normal colleges explore how to combine the concept of"three-whole education",innovate educational methods,strengthen practical teaching,and deepen cooperation with enterprises and industries,which is also a key means to improve the employment ability of current vocation-al normal colleges undergraduates majoring in food,and an inevitable choice to promote the high-quality develop-ment of education.
