微课教学策略在高校毕业生就业指导中的应用

现代意义的教育强国目标实现的重要基础就是教育数字化,高校要想提升面向社会输出人才的就业率及就业质量,就必须全面推进新时代信息化就业指导课程建设进程,应用微课化教学策略,为高校毕业生求职提供个性化指导与服务,为毕业求职插上"云翅膀".为此,本研究以微课化教学为研究重点,分析其对高校毕业生就业指导的现实意义,梳理微课化课程建设思路和流程,组织教学实践活动,验证教学模式的认可度,以期为优化高校毕业生就业指导质量带来参考.
Abstract
One of the most important foundation for achieving the goal of becoming a powerful country in modern education is the digitization of education.In order to improve the employment rate and quality of talents output to society,colleges and universities must comprehensively promote the construction process of informa-tion-based employment guidance courses in the new era,apply micro-course teaching strategies,provide personal-ized guidance and services for college graduates to find jobs,and add"cloud wings"for graduates to find jobs.Therefore,this study focuses on microleture teaching,analyzes its practical significance to the employment guid-ance of college graduates,sorts out the ideas and processes of microlecture curriculum construction,organizes teaching practice activities,verifies the recognition of teaching mode.It is expected to bring references for opti-mizing the quality of employment guidance for college graduates.
