随着我国"一带一路"倡议的实质推进,国家和政府鼓励更多企业"走出去",积极开拓海外市场,坚持教育以"一带一路"为支点,加快构建教育对外开放新格局,全面提升教育国际合作交流水平,增强中国教育的国际影响力和亲和力.这一背景下,"中文+职业技能"的国际化人才培养模式正在逐渐发展成为我国高职教育发展的新方向,加强对"中文+职业技能"在高职院校国际化人才培养中的应用探索,对推动我国职业教育"走出去"具有重要意义.基于此,本文围绕这一课题展开研究,阐述高职院校应用"中文+职业技能"育人模式的意义,分析高职院校落实"中文+职业技能"教育面临的阻碍,提出"中文+职业教育"在高职院校国际化人才培养中的应用策略,旨在为相关人员提供参考.
Abstract
With the substantive promotion of China's Belt and Road initiative,the state and the government encourage more enterprises to"go global"and actively explore overseas markets;to accelerate the construction of a new pattern of education opening up to the outside world,comprehensively improve the level of international cooperation and exchange in education,strengthen the international influence and affinity of Chinese education,with the Belt and Road Initiative as the foundation.Under this background,the international talent training model of"Chinese + vocational skills"is gradually developing into a new direction for the development of higher voca-tional education in China.Strengthening the application and exploration of"Chinese + vocational skills"in the training of international talents in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to promote China's vocation-al education to"go global".Based on this,the paper conducts research on this subject,firstly expounds the signifi-cance of applying"Chinese + vocational skills"education model in higher vocational colleges,then analyzes the obstacles faced by higher vocational colleges in implementing"Chinese + vocational skills"education,and final-ly puts forward the application strategy of"Chinese + vocational education"in international talent training in higher vocational colleges,aiming to provide references for relevant personnel.
