"三全育人"视域下地方高校就业工作探索

摘要
高校毕业生面临招工难、就业难并存的就业形势,这对地方高校就业工作的探索提出了新的要求.本文从"三全育人"视域下分析了地方高校就业工作存在的问题,包括全员联动就业合力不足,全过程衔接的就业教育缺乏,全方位联动的就业工作不畅等,这些问题影响着学生高质量充分就业.因此,地方高校必须把挑战转化为机遇,全员、全过程、全方位拓展就业工作的广度、深度和维度,促进学生高质量充分就业,助推形成青年学生实现个人价值和促进社会发展的双赢局面.
Abstract
College graduates are facing an employment circumstance with both difficulties in finding em-ployment and recruitment.This presents new demands for the exploration employment of local colleges and uni-versities.This article analyzes the issues in local college employment from the perspective of"three-whole educa-tion",including insufficient coordinated efforts in employment,lack of comprehensive employment education throughout the process,and inadequate comprehensive employment initiatives.These issues significantly impact students'high-quality and full employment.Therefore,local colleges and universities should transform challeng-es into opportunities by expanding the breadth,depth,and scope of employment efforts for all students.That not only promotes high-quality and full employment for students,but also promote a win-win situation of students'personal value fulfillment and social development.
