Empirical Research on the Pressure of Teachers in County Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of"Double Reduction"—Based on a Survey of 6 Schools in S County
Teachers are the backbone of education work.As the main body of implementation of the"double reduction"policy and the guarantee of the implementation effect,primary and secondary school teachers'work status deserves great attention.The research takes primary and secondary school teachers from six schools in S County,a certain province,as the research object,and uses questionnaire and interview methods to explore the stress and stress sources of primary and secondary teachers from the perspective of"double reduction".It is founded that primary and secondary school teachers'stress levels are divided into physical fatigue and psychologi-cal exhaustion.The overall pressure is relatively high,but it is differentiated.Different demographic variables af-fect their stress levels.Stress mainly comes from occupational pressure,followed by social pressure and family.Multiple tasks,multiple roles,and multiple expectations make teachers even more stressed.Finally,it was pro-posed that the government should improve relevant supporting systems and promote excellent"double reduction"cases;schools should coordinate working hours,provide care to teachers,and open up new ideas for home-school cooperation;teachers should promote their own professional development and actively adjust themselves.
