农林院校"食品营养学"课程思政教学实践探索——以吉林农业大学为例

课程思政是高等院校将立德树人作为培养目标,把思想政治教育融入课程教学的一种新的教育理念.在"食品营养学"课程中进行思政教学探索,有利于食品行业高素质人才的培养.根据吉林农业大学课程改革需要,重新修订了"食品营养学"的教学大纲,根据课程内容特点深入挖掘相适应的思政元素,并灵活地运用各种教学方法实现专业课与思政课同向同行的效果.研究结果表明,专业课和课程思政有机结合不仅提高了学生专业知识水平,而且增强了学生的家国情怀和社会责任感,为高校课程思政教育教学改革提供了有益经验.
Exploration of Ideological and Political Teaching Practice of Food Nutrition Curriculum—Taking Jilin Agricultural University as an Example
Curriculum ideology and politics is a new educational idea that colleges and universities take fos-tering virtues through education as the training goal and integrate ideological and political education into curricu-lum teaching.The exploration of ideological and political teaching in the course of"food nutrition"is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality talents in food industry.According to the curriculum reform needs of Jilin Agri-cultural University,the teaching syllabus of"Food and Nutrition"has been revised,and the corresponding ideo-logical and political elements have been deeply explored through the characteristics of the course content,and the corresponding teaching methods have been adopted to achieve the same effect of professional courses and ideo-logical and political courses.The research results show that the organic combination of professional courses and curriculum ideology and politics not only improves students'professional knowledge level,but also enhances stu-dents'patriotism and sense of social responsibility,which provides a reference for the teaching reform of ideologi-cal and political education in colleges and universities.
