摘要

"辅导员+"协同育人是新时代人才培养的创新方式,成为高校实施立德树人的重要一环.本研究以"辅导员+新生班主任"协同育人方式为案例,概括"辅导员+"协同育人方式的实践经验,分析特点与存在问题,进而提出高校实施"辅导员+"协同育人实践方式的完善与优化建议.

Abstract

Moral cultivation is the fundamental task of education,and also the foundation of colleges and universities.The"Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Uni-versities under the New Situation"puts forward ten education systems such as all-staff,whole-process and all-round education,and constructing scientific research and management education."Counselor+"collaborative ed-ucation is an innovative way to cultivate talents in the new era,and it has become an important part of the imple-mentation of moral education in colleges and universities.This study takes two schools with different"counselor+"collaborative education methods as examples to summarize the practical experience of the two"counselor+"collaborative education methods.This paper analyzes the common characteristics and existing problems of"coun-selor+"cooperative education practice mode,and then puts forward suggestions on the improvement and optimi-zation of"counselor+"cooperative education practice mode in colleges and universities.
