基于产业学院的应用型高校专业研究生培养模式研究

摘要
本文分析了应用型高校专业型硕士研究生人才培养现状,并提出了将全流程OBE理念应用于校企合作专业型硕士研究生人才培养的模式,以产出为导向,构建适合应用型高校校企协同育人模式,探索校企-产业学院联合培养体系,创建产业学院专业型硕士研究生人才培养模式和保障体系,目的是通过对产业学院模式下应用型高校专业研究生培养模式研究,解决制造业发展建设中高端应用型人才培养的实际问题.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation of professional postgraduate talents cultivation in ap-plied undergraduate colleges and universities,and adopts the whole-process OBE concept to apply professional postgraduate talents cultivation in college-enterprise cooperation,and builds a college-enterprise collaborative ed-ucation mode suitable for applied colleges and universities.To explore the joint training system of college-enter-prise-industrial institute mode,and establish the training mode and guarantee system for professional master grad-uates in industrial colleges.Through the research on the training mode of professional graduate students in ap-plied colleges and universities under the industrial institute mode,the practical problems of cultivating high-end applied talents in the development and construction of manufacturing industry can be solved.
