Research on the Practical Dilemma and Optimization Path of Teaching Practice Guidance for English Education Major
As an important part of normal education,the quality of educational practice is deeply affected by the guidance of practice.In this study,questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate the teaching practice guidance of English major(normal)in normal colleges and universities.It is found that the practice in-structors of English majors in colleges and universities mostly use the combination of"online + offline"to give guidance,and the practice instructors of middle schools give guidance in the form of"face to face".The division of labor between the college and middle school practice instructors is different,and each has its own emphasis.There was general harmony between the instructor and the intern,but occasional friction.This paper focuses on the deficiencies in the practice guidance of English major(normal)education,and puts forward the following op-timization approaches:to build a community of college English major(normal)education practice,and strength-en the connection between college and middle school practice guidance teachers;to set up the selection system of the intern instructor,and clarify the work content of the intern instructor;to strengthen the reflective practice of interns and implement the evaluation method of"portfolio".
