2023年发布的《中国国民心理健康发展报告(2021-2022)》显示,中小学教师心理状况与一般国民群体相比要差一些,我国中小学教师心理健康问题日益严重,主要心理问题是抑郁和焦虑.这主要是由于在实际的教学工作中,中小学教师因肩负过重的教学任务及学生日常管理工作,导致我国中小学教师心理健康状况不容乐观.年级主任作为学校教学和管理工作中的重要人员,对教师心理健康问题进行干预具有较高的必要性和可能性.基于此,本文围绕年级主任在保障中小学教师心理健康中的作用展开论述和研究,旨在为相关人员提供参考.
The Role of Grade Directors in Protecting the Mental Health of Primary and Secondary School Teachers
"China's National Mental Health Development Report(2021-2022)"released in 2023 shows that the psychological status of primary and secondary school teachers is worse than that of the general population,and the mental health problems of primary and secondary school teachers in China are increasingly serious,the main psychological problems are depression and anxiety.This is mainly due to the fact that in the actual teaching work,the primary and secondary school teachers have shouldered heavy teaching tasks and students'daily man-agement work,which leads to the mental health of the primary and secondary school teachers in our country.As an important person in school teaching and management,grade directors have high necessity and possibility to in-tervene in teachers'mental health problems.Based on this,this paper discusses and studies the role of grade direc-tors in protecting the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers,aiming to provide references for rel-evant personnel.
