Research on the Construction Path of"Double-Qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation
Compared with the common higher vocational teacher,the"Double-qualified teacher"has more excellent advantages in professional theoretical basis,teaching level,practical experience,innovative conscious-ness and other aspects,and has great significance for promoting the healthy development of modern vocational education,with the advantages in the modern vocational education university-enterprise cooperation resources sharing.Based on this,this paper focuses on the construction path of"double-qualified"teachers in higher voca-tional colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.First,it outlines the concept of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,then analyzes problems in the current construction of"double qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,and finally proposes an effective path for the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges based on school-enterprise cooperation.It aims to pro-vide references for relevant personnel.
