"双师型"教师在综合育人、企业实践、教学改革、社会服务和教师专业发展等方面起着带头引领作用,是健全教师标准体系的重大举措,是教师队伍评价的重要指标."双师型"教师队伍要弘扬工匠精神,以更好地满足社会对应用型技能人才的需求,本文在分析"双师型"教师队伍建设必要性和主要问题的基础上,重点从培养模式、教育理念、专业能力、协作共享四个方面提出"双师型"教师队伍建设优化路径.
Abstract
"Double-qualified"teachers play a leading role in the aspects of comprehensive education,enter-prise practice,teaching reform,social service and teacher professional development,which is a major measure to improve the teacher standard system and an important indicator of teacher evaluation.The"double-qualified"teacher team should carry forward craftsmanship to better meet the social demand for applied skill talents.Based on the analysis of the necessity and main problems of the construction of"double-qualified"teaching team,the paper puts forward the optimization path from four aspects:training mode,educational concept,professional abili-ty and cooperation and sharing.
