中小微企业与职业院校校企合作机制研究

本文以中小微企业与高职院校校企合作的背景、意义以及存在问题为切入点,从构建校企合作发展联盟的角度,提出了中小微企业与高职院校校企合作创新模式的具体做法,并以吉林省经济管理干部学院为例进行了实证分析与检验.
Abstract
Taking the background,significance,and existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation be-tween micro,small and medium-sized enterprises(MSMEs)and vocational colleges as the starting point,this pa-per proposes specific measures for innovating the cooperation mode between MSMEs and vocational colleges from the perspective of constructing a development alliance for school-enterprise cooperation.Using the Jilin Pro-vincial Economic Management Cadre College as an example,empirical analysis and verification are conducted.
