西藏自治区地方师范院校作为主要培养适合西藏地区现代教育人才的摇篮,应结合专业的培养目标对现有课程进行相应调整与优化,以培养出能够推进西藏小学教育信息化发展的信息技术教育人才.本文在西藏小学教育对现代教育技术人才需求调研的基础上,展开师范专业认证背景下西藏现代教育技术专业人才培养体系构建研究,旨在为相关人员提供参考.
Abstract
As the cradle of training modern educational talents suitable for the region,local normal colleges and universities in Xizang Autonomous Region should adjust and optimize the existing courses according to the training objectives of majors,so as to cultivate information technology education talents who can promote the de-velopment of informatization in Xizang primary education.Based on the research on the demand for modern edu-cational technology talents in primary education in Xizang,this paper conducts a research on the construction of modern educational technology professional talents training system in the region under the background of normal professional certification,aiming to provide references for relevant personnel.
