高校辅导员谈心谈话工作标准化探析

摘要
谈心谈话是高校辅导员最常用的工作方法之一,是开展思想政治教育工作的重要手段.本文提出高校辅导员谈心谈话工作标准化建设,指出标准化的手段有助于解决谈心谈话工作存在的问题,提出了谈心谈话工作分阶段的标准要义,为高校辅导员开展谈心谈话工作提供参考.
Abstract
Heart-to-heart conversation is one of the most common working methods for college counselors and an important means of carrying out ideological and political education.This paper proposes the standardized construction of the heart-to-heart conversation work for the college counselor,pointing out that the standardiza-tion means can help solve the problems existing in the heart-to-heart conversation work,and raises the essentials of the norm in different talking stages,which provides a reference for the college counselor to carry out the heart-to-heart conversation.
