摘要
时代发展对高校劳动育人的使命提出新要求,当代大学生成长与就业中呈现出的一些现实问题使得改革与创新劳动教育更加紧迫.文章基于面向学生的问卷调查数据,揭示了当代大学生对劳动及劳动教育的认识、态度、偏好、评价及诉求;针对学生中存在的不想劳动(劳动观念和意识)、不会劳动(劳动技能)、不珍惜劳动(劳动价值观)等现实问题,论述重视劳动教育对学生职业成熟度的提升效果,提出高校加强和创新劳动教育的建议.
Abstract
The development of the era has put forward new requirements for the mission of labor education in colleges and universities.Some practical problems in the growth and employment of contemporary college stu-dents make the reform and innovation of labor education more urgent.Based on a questionnaire survey about the current situation and existing problems of labor education in universities,this paper reveals the understanding,at-titude,preference,evaluation,and demands of contemporary college students towards labor and labor education.In response to the practical problems of students who do not want to work(labor concepts and consciousness),do not know how to work(labor skills),and do not cherish labor(labor values),we attach importance to the effect of labor education on improving the professional maturity of students,and propose suggestions for colleges and uni-versities to strengthen and innovate labor education.
