新时代的劳动教育有新时代的特点,作为主阵地的学校、家庭、社会协同推进是劳动教育最理想的状态.在新时代视阈下针对劳动教育的特点、困境以及问题,如:年轻的家长也不会劳动、家校社劳动教育的目标不一致、操作不到位等,分析学校、家庭、社会不同劳动场域的特点和优势,因地制宜,站在区域的角度提出解决办法,以学校为主导扎实开展,以家庭为基础真实落实,以社会为支撑踏实推进,构建"1+1+1>3"的劳动教育体系.
School-Family-Society Coordinated Promotion Strategy from the Perspective of Labor Education in the New Era
The labor education in the new era has the characteristics of the new era,and the best state of la-bor education is the coordinated promotion of school,family and society as the main front.According to the char-acteristics,difficulties and problems of labor education in the new era,such as:young parents cannot do labor work,the goals of family-school-society labor education are inconsistent,the operation is not in place,etc.,The paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of different labor fields of school,family and society,adapts them to local conditions,and puts forward solutions from the perspective of the region,with school as the lead,family as the basis for real implementation,and society as the support to advance steadily,to construct a"1+1+1>3"labor education system.
