摘要

中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的根,拥有着深厚的底蕴,涵养了丰富的劳动思想,在中华民族传承发展中发挥了劳动育人功能,同时也是现代社会崇尚劳动、尊重劳动者的文化底色,有助于劳动教育在民族发展、社会经济建设中发挥动力和功能.在高校劳动教育中充分融合中华优秀传统文化,不仅可提升学生的社会认同和文化自信,还利于端正大学生参与劳动的态度,形成热爱劳动的意识,树立正确的劳动观,助力学生全面且自由地成长和发展.为此,本文探讨了新时代背景下高校"劳动+中华优秀传统文化"教育理念融合的价值,分享了几条可行性较高的融合育人路径,以期为相关教职人员提供参考.

Abstract

Fine traditional Chinese culture is the root of the Chinese nation,with a profound heritage and rich labor ideology.It has played a role in the inheritance and development of the Chinese nation through labor education,and is also a cultural background in modern society that values and respects labor.It enables labor edu-cation to play a driving role in national development and socio-economic construction.In college labor education,fully integrating fine traditional Chinese culture can not only enhance students'social identity and cultural confi-dence,but also help correct their attitude towards labor participation,form a love for labor consciousness,estab-lish a correct labor concept,and help students grow and develop comprehensively and freely.Therefore,this arti-cle first explores the value of integrating the educational concept of"labor+fine traditional Chinese culture"in colleges and universities under the background of the new era,and then shares several feasible paths for integrat-ed education,hoping to provide references for relevant teaching staff.
