The implementation of blended teaching and deep learning is an important way to promote teach-ers'professional development and cultivate students'self-learning and lifelong learning abilities.However,blend-ed English teaching in vocational colleges is not effective due to the lack of cooperation and sharing conscious-ness,identity construction consciousness and data interpretation ability of teachers.It is suggested to build a deep learning-oriented learning community for teachers and students to promote identity construction,to cultivate teachers'awareness of data,to improve their ability to interpret data,to optimize teaching evaluation,and to in-crease individualized guidance to students.
