高职院校教育改革背景下,毕业生就业率逐年提高,但是就业质量却并未同步提升,未能从真正意义上实现高质量就业目标.尤其是近些年来,我国经济发展速度放缓,伴有一系列不确定性因素,如何提升学生就业服务质量,成为当前高职院校重点关注的内容.因此,新形势下高职院校积极创新服务机制,做好学生就业的专业指导与服务,能够有效提升学生的就业竞争优势,推动高职院校持续发展.
Abstract
Under the background of education reform in higher vocational colleges,the employment rate of graduates has increased year by year,but the quality of employment has not been improved simultaneously,and the goal of high-quality employment has not been achieved in a real sense.Especially in recent years,China's eco-nomic development speed has slowed down,accompanied by a series of uncertain factors,how to improve the quality of students'employment service,has become the current focus of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,under the new circumstances,higher vocational colleges should actively innovate the service mechanism and do a good job in the professional guidance and service for students'employment,which can effectively enhance the competitive advantage of students'employment and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
