面向新农科建设的"课—创—赛—产"四位一体实践教学体系优化与构建

实践教学作为培养学生理论联系实际、实践动手能力和创新能力的主要途径,是推进新农科建设和培养知农爱农新型人才的重要保障.吉林农业大学结合区域特色和学科优势,以重构人才培养方案为契机,构建了贯穿本科四年一体化设计、模块化运行的"课内+课外"主辅结合实践课程矩阵,同时搭建了"6+6"交叉协作的大学生创新创业实践教育平台.通过集成"一院一赛"学科竞赛与国家级、省级大学生创新创业项目,形成实践"竞赛网络";通过拓展校内外资源,探索现代产业学院协同实践育人新机制,促进产科教融合,最终构建形成"课为基础、创为驱动、赛为抓手、产为导向"的"课—创—赛—产"四位一体实践教学体系,为新农科建设和一流农科人才培养提供了坚实基础和重要保障.
Optimization and Establishment of the Four-in-One Practical Teaching System of"Course-Innovation-Competition-Industry"for the Construction of New Agricultural Science
Practice teaching,as the main approach to cultivate college students'abilities of combining theory with practice,practical operation and innovation,is an important guarantee to promote the construction of new ag-ricultural science and cultivate new talents who know and love agriculture.In combination with regional charac-teristics and disciplinary advantages,Jilin Agricultural University has taken the opportunity of restructuring the talent training program to build a"in-class+out-class"master-auxiliary combined practice course matrix that runs through the four-year undergraduate integration design and modular operation,and has establish a"6+6"cross-collaboration practice education platform for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.Through in-tegrating"one school,one competition"discipline competition and national and provincial innovation and entre-preneurship projects for college students,a"competition network"of practical teaching has been formed.By ex-panding the resources inside and outside the university,the new collaborative practice mechanism was explored based on establishing modern industrial colleges,aiming to promote the integration of industry,science and edu-cation.Finally,the four-in-one practical teaching system of"course-based,innovation-driven,competition-chan-nel and industry-oriented"was constructed,which provided a solid foundation and important guarantee for sup-porting the construction of new agricultural science and the training of first-class agricultural talents.
