高校青年教师是课程的动态构建者与创新发生者,其课程意识是其对课程目的、设计、实施和课程资源等课程问题的最基本观点,是其把学校正式课程有效转化为学生经验的实践体现.高校青年教师的正确课程意识影响和主张着学习者的课程自觉性与课程价值责任;高校青年教师正确的课程意识是教师课程意识诠释、实施、效能与评价的积极呈现与价值主张,激活着教学对象的共性价值导向、生本课程意识.针对高校部分青年教师教学课程意识尚待修炼、课程意识资源使用生成有待加强等现象,提升课程意识对于青年教师树立和提升健康教育价值观、增益课程意识教学绩效、丰富课程意识先进理念、创新课程意识评价生态等具有积极的全要素实践意义.
Curriculum Consciousness of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities:Connotation,Present Situation and Promotion Strategy
Young teachers in colleges and universities are dynamic constructors and innovators of the curric-ulum,and their curriculum consciousness is their most basic viewpoint on curriculum issues such as curriculum purpose,design,implementation and curriculum resources,and it is the practical embodiment of effectively trans-forming the formal curriculum into student experience curriculum.The correct curriculum consciousness of young teachers in colleges and universities affects and advocates learners'curriculum consciousness and curricu-lum value responsibility.The correct curriculum consciousness of young teachers in colleges and universities is the positive presentation and value proposition of the interpretation,implementation,efficiency and evaluation of teachers'curriculum consciousness,which activates the common value orientation and student-oriented curricu-lum consciousness of teaching objects.In view of the phenomenon that some young teachers in colleges and uni-versities need to cultivate their teaching curriculum consciousness and strengthen the use and generation of curric-ulum consciousness resources,it is of positive all-factor practical significance for young teachers to establish and enhance the values of health education,increase the teaching performance of curriculum consciousness,enrich the advanced concepts of curriculum consciousness and innovate the evaluation ecology of curriculum conscious-ness.
