Basic Characteristics of the Professional Ability Structure of College Counselors in the New Era
The competency structure of college counselors in the new era consists of multiple elements such as ideological and political education abilities,mental health education and counseling abilities,daily affairs man-agement abilities,and academic guidance abilities.The organic combination of these elements forms various forms of ability structures.Characteristic analysis of the ability structure is what the question should mean.This paper focuses on exploring the characteristics of ideological guiding power with political and educational attri-butes,exploring the characteristics of educational practice cohesion of positive convergence of ideology,morality and self-discipline,high convergence of lofty ideals and truth-seeking and pragmatic,healthy growth and effec-tive convergence of talent,and exploring the characteristics of institutional culture integration of knowledge learn-ing and institutional culture integration of affairs management.And then promote the improvement of the profes-sional ability building level of counselors,and constantly improve the practical effect of counselors in completing the fundamental task of moral cultivation.
